Banquet server


  • Report to Banquet Captain for instructions; attend staff meetings in order to stay informed about established and new methods of etiquette in service, and to familiarize yourself with the menu.
  • Serve and clear food and beverages quietly, professionally, and quickly.
  • Coordinate actions with the banquet team members to ensure flawless customer service.
  • Transfer food from the kitchen to dining room and be able to serve and remove dishes the proper way as instructed.
  • Ensure that all side stands are clean and well stocked.
  • Must give excellent service and attention to all guests and immediately correct deficiencies where noted.
